SERVE

Working at Prairie River Camp is a sure way to make summer fun, and it can also provide an incredible time of growth in your faith and life.  There are so many opportunities to serve on our staff team – including positions on Maintenance Team, Program Team, and more!

Different Ways To Serve!

PROGRAM STAFF

Do you want to be a part of bringing fun to camp ministry? Do you want to get paid to play? Then come and join the Program Team! Here are examples of what you may do:

  • Lead paintball, laser tag, archery, and games during Club!

  • Help run the camp store! 

  • Facilitate the ropes course with a team!

  • Help prepare and serve meals

  • Daily operations (office help)

  • Occasionally stay in a cabin of students

All while serving as a Christian mentor, facilitating the week of camp, and of course, FUN!

*The base pay (provided by PRC) is $100-200 a week, depending on position and experience. We offer you the option to raise additional funds, to supplement the base pay, through missionary support with camp's assistance.

INTERNS

Do you want free housing, food, and wifi, all while getting real-life experience for your future? Then come and join PRC Interns! Here are examples of Intern Options:

  • Photographer/Videographer

  • Marketing Support

  • Office Assistant

  • Program Assistant

  • Maintenance Assistant

All while serving as a Christian mentor, facilitating the week of camp, and of course, FUN!

*The base pay (provided by PRC) is $100-200 a week, depending on position and experience. We offer you the option to raise additional funds, to supplement the base pay, through missionary support with camp's assistance.

There are so many other internship opportunities! Please contact us if there is something that you are interested in doing that is not on our list!

MAINTENANCE STAFF

Do you love to clean & maintain areas? If you do, you should join our maintenance team! Here are examples of what you may do:

  • Lawn Care

  • Repair needs around camp

  • Support Program Team with small building or set up projects

  • Clean & maintain camp buildings and grounds

  • Assisting with program areas

All while serving as a Christian mentor, facilitating the week of camp, and of course, FUN!

*The base pay (provided by PRC) is $100-200 a week, depending on position and experience. We offer you the option to raise additional funds, to supplement the base pay, through missionary support with camp's assistance.
