TO YOUNG PEOPLE
We have had challenges in 2022 and the Lord has been and continues to guide us through. We had two furnaces that failed and had to be replaced before winter arrived. We had several other areas that required additional funding to maintain camps mission.

Individuals, families, and businesses that partner with Prairie River Camp play a major role in the success of the ministry. Whether it is a one time gift, monthly support, or donations of material goods, we would ask you to consider partnering with the ministry of Prairie River Camp.
Financial Support
Scholarship Fund
Each summer, over 80% of the students who attend Prairie River Camp receive a scholarship of some kind. Many of these students receive full scholarships. Without these scholarships, these students would not be able to experience a life changing week at camp. Financial gifts given to the Scholarship Fund go directly to sending young people to camp.
General Operating Fund
Without a scholarship fund we wouldn't have nearly as many campers to serve, and without a operating fund, we wouldn't have have anything to offer the kids once they arrived. A healthy general operating fund enables us to keep the lights on, provide delicious food, and meet a variety of other important needs. The salaries of our staff are also taken from the general operating fund.
Construction Fund
Construction projects are ongoing at Prairie River Camp. Currently we are in the middle of building a dining hall and storm shelter facility. We also have plans for construction of a lake as well as several more buildings. All money donated to the building fund goes to finance the construction of these projects.

Prairie River Camp is always thankful for generous donations of material goods. Below is a wish list of items the camp would benefit greatly from by having. However, donations do not have to be limited to what is on this list. If you have a something that is is good condition and you think camp might benefit from, please let us know!
