Looking for a week of high energy and fun? If you are a currently in 6th – 8th grade, we have just the week for you! Participate in crazy activities and games, ride Emily’s swing, play paintball, go swimming, kayaking and canoeing, or test your limits on our challenge course and zip line!  In addition to all this, you will spend the week with a cabin leader who cares for you and wants to help you grow in a relationship with Jesus Christ.  Club times will feature high energy music, hilarious skits, and a message from our speaker that could change your life.  Don’t miss out on this awesome opportunity!

Beginner Horse Camp is held at Prairie River Camp for girls 11 and up. This unique camp gives girls the opportunity to get a taste of what it is like to own their own horse! Attendees will be taught basic horse safety, how to saddle and unsaddle, the anatomy of the horse and basic riding principles. Experienced wranglers work with the campers in a one on one setting in an effort the enhance thier knowledge and confidence.  Campers will also have the opportunity to be involved with other exciting camp events through the week.  This camp is a must for any girl who loves horses!!

Advanced Horse Camp is for experienced horse campers.  It will be open to campers who have been to PRC or other horse camps previously, or those who own a horse they would like to bring.  A camper must apply to this camp and will be accepted on the basis of their own ability.  Campers will learn advanced horsemanship principles from an experienced team of wranglers, all while enjoying miles of trail riding in beautiful environment.  The girls will also be challenged to grow to know and follow Jesus Christ.  This camp takes place at Forestville State Park in south eastern Minnesota

Don't miss paintball camp!!  Designed for current 7th – 12th grade boys, each camper will learn how to care for and maintain paintball equipment, learn safe paintball practices, plus participate in PLENTY of paintball action.  There will also be regular opportunities for campers to experience and enjoy all of the other activities that Prairie River Camp has to offer, like high ropes, zip line, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, and plenty of awesome camp games.  Most importantly, campers will have the opportunity to learn what it means to be a follower of Jesus Christ!  We are excited to see you at Prairie River Paintball Camp!

We will spend each night at Prairie River Camp, where we will have a wonderful speaker and amazing worship times. Our days will be spent adventuring all over southern Minnesota!

We will enjoy activities like tubing, mountain biking, hiking, rock climbing, speedway races, shopping and more! We will also spend a day at Valley Fair.  During our days at Prairie River Camp, students can play paintball, spend time on the climbing wall and zip line, play games, swim at the pool, and other fun activities! Winter Camp is back!  We are excited to incorporate some awesome winter activities into a great weekend of fun, food, and growing in Jesus Christ. Potential activities include sledding, snowshoeing, ice skating, broomball, winter zip line and more! Our desire for this camp is to provide a weekend where youth leaders can escape the normal routine and enjoy a weekend of building relationships with their students.  All programming will be done by the PRC staff.   We will feature a speaker along with times of worship as well as small group discussion times.  Youth leaders will have an AWESOME opportunity to grow in relationships with their students during Winter Camp!
